Drivin back from the best week ever in chi town for some tofurkey gin and tonics cranberry sauce horse skulls song singin for parents and head pattin for puppies. Generally won in life an I’m not even THAT mad that we’ve been stuck in traffic for yes the past 4 frickin hours. Seriously. It’s raining. But I think I’ll just hold hands with this here boy and it’ll hopefully not take another 7 to get home. I’ll sure be ready for a beer and a bed. Mostly a beer. And a bed. Mostly.
En route to Chicago…Kentucky is chock full of so many fantstic things…passed dinosaur world decided to save that for the drive back…bought some jam at the ol fashioned country store…

we leave saturday to haul our asses and our guitars and our drums and our puffy paint and our gear gear gear to charlottesville VA to do the FULL LENGTH RECORD omgomgomgomgomgomgomg go go go go go go go go us. seriously ima freak out. hot dog. i’m so siked. ummmmmm high five!!!!!
patiently waiting to board a flight to Boston where Ima run straight into my boy’s arms. dreamy right? whisked away for 36 hours and then back to work to start the new record with John alagia! exciting eh? I may be broke but my smile is 5 miles wide. time lately has held little sense of reality for me, Kyle and I drove back to east coast time in KY for the NACA showcase, back to nashville only to be attacked by daylight savings where we gained an hour only for me to lose it again to Boston. kinda funny. i’ve chosen to simply sleep when my eyes get heavy. although it’s kinda hard when the leak in my cieling keeps me up with a tiny ping sound high and clear in the pot 4 feet from my bed…
